Patients are being told to use other entrances, after damage to the front of Haywood Hospital.
A spokesperson for the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, which runs the site, said: "Unfortunately a delivery vehicle collided with the canopy over the main entrance at the Haywood Hospital this morning.
"Happily no one was hurt in the incident but it has meant our main entrance is out of action for the time being.
"Alternative arrangements are in place and our facilities and estates colleagues are on site assessing the damage and planning repairs.
"We apologise to patients and visitors for any inconvenience and will look to be back to normal as soon as possible."
