Stoke boss on victory at Rovers

Stoke City extended their unbeaten run to nine games after a 1-0 win at Blackburn Rovers.

Peter Etebo scored the only goal after 14 minutes.

The Potters had a great chance to double their lead after Benik Afobe had been fouled in the area, but Bojan saw his penalty saved by David Raya.

But of more concern to manager Nathan Jones will be injuries picked up by Tom Ince and Ryan Shawcross.

Ince went off before half time with a hamstring injury while Shawcross suffered a back injury.

The pair are injury doubts ahead of Tuesday night's game at Swansea.

Stoke are now 15th in the table.
