Crewe boss Dave Artell has signed former Gillingham striker Mikael Mandron on a free transfer.

The 25-year-old has joined the Railwaymen from their fellow League One side following the expiry of his contract this summer.

With over 100 appearances already, the French born forward comes with a wealth of experience having started his trade in the Premier League, with Sunderland.

Mandron is Artell second signing so far ahead of the new 2020/21 season, which is scheduled to start next month.
