Joe Allen has teamed up with former Stoke City manager Lou Macari to officially launch the club's Big Sleep out event.
Supporters are invited to brave the freezing conditions and 'bed down' for the night in the Q-railing Stand concourse on Friday 3rd February 2017.
Last year 64 brave individuals proved that they could do it on a cold and windy night in Stoke and this time participants will be joined by Macari himself and his trusty companion Neil 'Nello' Baldwin.
Fundraisers are encouraged to raise £100 per person with the Club's Community Trust also making a donation to the Macari Centre which opened in the City Centre earlier this year.
Community Trust Fundraising Officer Steve Hunt said: "After a successful sleep out earlier this year, which proved very popular, we wish to continue to support and raise awareness of homeless people living locally.
"The Macari Centre is doing a terrific job in supporting those less fortunate and it is the Community Trust's aim to raise awareness and deliver a number of donations to help those who need it most."
In return for participating, supporters will be provided with a cardboard mat to sleep on, hot soup and beverages through the night and a hot bap in the morning.
Anybody over the age of 13 can take part in the fundraising event but supporters should note that those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
