Michael Williams has one of the finest voices on the current music scene – his velvet vocals have been likened to other great artists such as Luther Vandross, Michael MacDonald and Michael Bolton.Michael says: "I am really excited about this new solo project. I get to perform some of my favourite songs of all time. There are some real tear jerkers in there……….. but also some great upbeat songs that will get everyone up on their feet. Tenor Michael is a current member of The Drifters – he has been described as one of the finest voices in the group’s history and likened in terms of his vocal talent and stage presence to the much loved Johnny Moore.Michael and his guests perform a wide range of songs from well-known artists across the decades – from up tempo tracks such as ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough’ and ‘You Can’t Hurry Love’ through to popular ballads such as ‘All Out Of Love’, ‘Heart Of The Matter’ ‘I Just Died in Your Arms Tonight’ and ‘I Can’t Make You Love Me’ as well as some stunning duets. Michael also performs some of his much loved solo material taken from his album with Kellie Schreiber and his recent second solo album.
